Blend is the debut album by Barrie rockers Starving Artists following a $10 000 1st place prize in Chorus Entertainments “Basement Tapes” competition in October, 2007. The album showcases the band’s love for loud, hard rock as well as blues and Canadian indie influences, and features dueling guitars, soaring melodies and pounding drums. The band has been playing in the Barrie and Toronto areas since the late 90’s and are celebrated for their passionate onstage performances and strong connection to their fans and friends.
